Subject: Credit Terms
As we all know that the sales fig’s are down, and the reason behind it is the Credit Terms. Now i firmly believe that the Sales Team have not understood the Credit Terms. This display of improper knowledge in sales results in loosing desirable sales and creates backlog for every passing month.
Hence, we shall meet at ten o’clock, Thursday June dt _____, in my office, for a meeting to discuss about the present situation, and will perhaps work on our credit terms.
Will you please study the problems between now and then so that you will be able to make a recommendation?
