Dear [recipient's name]:

I called your company's toll-free customer service phone number on November 12, 2010 to seek assistance with the Internet service that I have with your company. I was on hold for about 10 minutes, then was transferred to another phone number, after which I was on hold for an additional 15 minutes. When I was finally connected to the correct person and department, the person with whom I spoke was unable to adequately answer the questions I had. This was an extremely frustrating experience.

I still have the same questions that I had when I called on November 12th, so please have someone from your company call me as soon as possible at the phone number listed at the top of this letter. Thank you for your prompt attention to this important issue.

Sincerely,
